Satellite Workshops

Satellite Workshops of the Bernstein Conference 2021 provide a stage to discuss topical research questions, novel scientific approaches and challenges in Computational Neuroscience and related fields.

flexible duration: min 4 hrs, max 8 hrs


All selected workshops will be held in parallel online sessions and be moderated by the workshop organizers. Each workshop will be scheduled to start at 2 pm CEST. Workshop proposals are welcome for workshops of durations from 4 - 8 hours and allow flexible timelines for the organizers.
Workshops are usually hosted by two organizers, but the number of organizers may vary.

Technical briefing and support will be provided.

Call for Workshop Proposals

The Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience invites proposals for Satellite Workshops during the Bernstein Conference 2021.
Workshops addressing controversial issues, open problems, and comparisons of competing approaches are encouraged. The format should be designed to foster debate, rather than a series of talks. The Workshop Selection Committee will take scientific excellence, topical relevance, gender diversity and variety of career levels into account as their selection criteria.
