2020 – a special year

In the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to hold this year’s Bernstein Conference entirely online for the first time, keeping scientific exchange alive and fruitful.

Going online is not only an emergency reaction to the current pandemic, but also a chance to seek new possibilities in order to keep scientific meetings climate-friendly and allow unrestricted participance from scientists who are challenged by traveling.
